Partner Helps Create On-Demand CLE Program

A Collaborative Effort

Working alongside American Inns of Court, Crain Brogdon, LLP partner Quentin Brogdon helped create an on-demand CLE program entitled “The Expert Witness: Cross-Examining the Smartest Person in the Room.” The program is designed to provide tips for meticulous preparation in order to “achieve success with professionalism, even with a contentious expert,” according to Brogdon. The program is a 48-minute intermediate level CLE covering the importance of storytelling in cross-examination, strategies for questioning an expert in the courtroom and pre-trial, tactics for maintaining control of the examination, and professionalism rules and obligations for interacting with an expert witness.
