On Wednesday, April 23, 2025, our very own Quentin Brogdon shared that he recently had an article published in Texas Lawyer Magazine. In his most recent article entitled “Standing at a Rubicon on the Rule of Law,” Quentin Brogdon states that we are currently “standing at a Rubicon on the rule of law” and that “history will remember what we choose to do or not to do.” He goes on to say that it is a foundation to the rule of law that judges and lawyers must be able to exercise their duties without fear and intimidation. Brogdon reminds his readers that failing to confront an assault of the rule of law is no different that condoning it. “Will we summon the moral courage to preserve our republic?
