Brogdon Presents CLE for Legal Peers

CB 4.11.25

There are many ways we enjoy engaging in and giving back to the community, and one of those is through sharing our passion for the law in speaking events and educational seminars. On April 25, 2025, in conjunction with the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, attorney Quentin Brogdon presented a continuing legal education discussion on cross examination of experts at trial. In today’s community blog, your Dallas, TX catastrophic personal injury attorneys highlight this CLE and the efforts of our very own attorney Brogdon.

About Texas Trial Lawyers Association

The mission of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association is to protect Texas families through ‘good laws and good lawyers.’ It is a professional organization that advocates for the rights of individuals in legal matters. More specifically, TTLA focuses on trial lawyers who represent plaintiffs in personal injury and other civil cases. TTLA hosts seminars, events, and on-demand CLE opportunities that primarily focus on the plaintiff’s practice and helping members obtain knowledge to assist in practice.

Covering Trial Cross-Examination of An Expert at Trial

During TTLA’s Mastering The Art of Depositions and Cross-Examination: Strategies From The Old Guard and New Innovators event in San Antonio, TX, Quentin Brogdon hosted a 30-minute MCLE entitled Old School Approach on Outlining My Trial Cross-Examination of An Expert at Trial. Many lawyers experience a degree of fear and trepidation when facing the prospect of cross-examining the sophisticated adverse expert, but attorney Brogdon outlined how meticulous preparation can erase the anxiety and shift the advantage towards the interrogating attorney.
