CB 07.18.25

Every week, we try to highlight community events, what our lawyers are up to, and other pertinent information with our community members and fellow colleagues to keep them up to date on our activity. From donations to important programs and organizations we support, to publishing educational material in various journals and other publications, our team stays busy outside of representing clients. In today’s community blog, your Dallas, TX catastrophic personal injury attorneys are pleased to share that our very own partner Quentin Brogdon has been published in the Litigation Section of the State Bar of Texas’s Best of 2025 litigation update.

Brogdon’s Article

In a recent LinkedIn post, Partner Quentin Brogdon shared that The Advocate—the State Bar of Texas Litigation Section’s official magazine—published his article in the magazine’s “The ‘Best of’ Litigation Update 2025.” Brogdon spoke on his article topic, “Collecting and Admitting Electronic Evidence,” six months prior at the State Bar of Texas TexasBarCLE Advanced Litigation Update Seminar in San Antonio. When sharing his account, Brogdon said the following:

“In 2023, according to a Pew Research Center report, 83 percent of U.S. adults used YouTube, 68 percent of adults used Facebook, and 47 percent of adults used Instagram. That means there’s a treasure-trove of admissible electronic evidence in most lawsuits. The trick is knowing how to collect it and get it into evidence.” To learn more about his article and thoughts on electronic evidence, check out the publication.
