About the Tarrant County Bar Association
The Tarrant County Bar Association is a professional organization of lawyers, judges, law students, and other legal professionals in and around Tarrant County. A Look at Gregory v. Chohan
At the conference, attorney Brogdon discussed non-economic damages in the wake of Gregory v. Chohan, which was a recent Texas Supreme Court case that examined the evidence necessary to support awards of noneconomic damages. The case has been much debated and studied by Courts and lawyers throughout the State. Attorney Brogdon reviewed the Court’s findings and offered key insights into the impact of the case for conference employees.
