Kathy Kline

Litigation Paralegal

Kathy Kline
Kathy has been a paralegal for more than 30 years. Originally from the northeastern United States (Vermont, Pennsylvania and western New York State), she began her career working at general practice firms. She also worked for two District Attorneys. Kathy arrived in Dallas in 1997 and began working at a defense firm until she was recruited to join one of the preeminent Dallas plaintiffs’ personal injury firms in 2001. That was the beginning of Kathy’s passion to help those who suffered from catastrophic injuries. Since then, she has been a valued member of a number of trial teams that obtained notable verdicts for injured plaintiffs.

Kathy’s focus is on helping those people who have been injured through no fault of their own. “Litigation is a very scary and strange world for most people. It is my privilege to walk with these clients every step of the way through this process and to hopefully bring them peace in an often tragic time in their lives.”

Kathy joined Crain Brogdon, LLP in January 2020 when she was invited to join the firm by one of the partners with whom she had worked before. She is very proud to work with the outstanding attorneys at Crain Brogdon and to assist in the representation of the firm’s clients.

Hobbies

When not working, Kathy enjoys reading, gardening and traveling. For quick rest stops, she often travels back to the green forests of western New York State where she and her friends can unplug (no cell phone service there!) and unwind for long “girls’ weekends.” They also enjoy visiting the Finger Lakes region, where wine tasting is a favorite pastime.

Kathy is also grounded in her spiritual life which has assisted her through all things.

“Do nothing from selfish ambition or conceit, but in humility regard others as better than yourselves. Let each of you not look toward your own interests, but to the interests of others.”
