Emily S. Price

Emily graduated from the University of Texas at Dallas with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, and a minor in Criminology. She then pursued her Juris Doctorate at St. John’s University School of Law in Queens, New York — where she was a member of the Polestino Trial Advocacy Clinic as well as the Child Advocacy Clinic. Emily took the New York Bar Exam in 2018 and was licensed in December of 2018.

After receiving her law license, Emily joined the United States Marine Corps as a Judge Advocate Officer. Here, she worked as a military criminal prosecutor on behalf of the United States for 4 years aboard Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center, Twentynine Palms, California. She handled complex felony-level litigation, ranging from sexual assault to premeditated murder.

Emily’s case experience spans from military-specific crimes — such as hazing and murder — to personal injury law. She has been first-chair in multiple felony-level trials and has managed a team of military attorneys. In 2022, she was given the title of Complex Trial Counsel for the Western Region, and in 2023, she received the Navy-Marine Corps Commendation Medal for her time as a prosecutor.

Emily obtained her Texas Law License in 2022, upon deciding that it was her time to return to the state of Texas. On her return, she began working in the field of personal injury law at a small firm that handled Dram Shop cases. Now, Emily has found Crain Brogdon, LLP, where she confidently navigates personal injury cases to the benefit of the Texan community and the firm.
